It is an essential item to convey materials.The Vacuum Generator, creating vacuum by use of compressed air, can be used in combination with a Vacuum Pad to convey materials.

S3 specification models made with “No Copper Alloy” and for “Low-level Ozone Resistance” are available.Tube exhaust model which disposes waste air outside corresponding to applications in clean environment has S3 specification. (No Copper Alloy and HNBR is used for rubber material.)

By combining with the dedicated fixing holder（VUK05, VUK07,sold separately), the installation and removal can be made much easier.
